Too simple, lack of vital information.

All I have to say is "wow" if you wanna learn your native plants this is the app set all your native plants as favorites and study them and look for them even teach your kids . Its great

Not enough plant varieties. With knowledge I already had I could name at least 30 more in my own area. Missing most berries, roots, and not nearly enough info on identification of the plants it does list....

Difficult to find anything and does not help with identifying plants. Not what I was hoping for. This is a very basic app and not worth the cost.

This app is pretty good. It has a picture of the plants, well described on whats edible and not, where its from, etc. The only thing I think this app needs is to have more pictures on each plant as what its leaves (shape, orientation of each), flowers, roots, bark, etc look like so I can go out and determine whats what. The information in this app can be found on the web for free, but when in the wilderness it would be nice to reference since there is no internet in nature.

For a paid app it is poorly organized and and has minimal identification of plant info.

Its easy and very informative

When reading the review of the amaranth plant I noticed that in the second paragraph, edibility, it suddenly is referred to as "alder"! Not very good proof reading. Brand-new app for me, Im wondering if its going to be trustworthy?

Doesnt show me the pictures... Has good information for the people who get stranded in the wilderness alot. Haha

Requesting refund. Horrible navigation, few pictures, useless.

The app fails to utilize the benefits of a iPhone, iPad. Its simply a digitized book. It lacks in multimedia, even its photos are small and few. No real details on the plants. No real search engine based on region, season and geography. Little to no info on seasonal variation.

...stuck in Florida (yuck), I am set since 90% of all edible plants in this app grow there. I gave it 4 stars because its the only app with real photos, usually two per plant. I can utilize some of the information. It only goes over very basic plants, but its the best app thus far. I will try the edible plants and if I make it back, Ill write a 5 star review. Overall for a quick pocket reference, its perfect. Thanks.

The information is good and the photos are useful. Id like to see some expandaded features, like being able to focus on the plants of just one region (in New England, it doesnt help me to have to page through the tropical plants). It would also be nice to have a lookup feature so you dont have to flip through every page to check the information on one plant.

get a free wilderness survival app or one for the same price, this has like forty plants and only basic information. The survival apps have the same and more for the same price or free. Also, the showing of the locations of the plants is basic and inaccurate, it should show it by actual locations with the states shown so people have a better idea of where they are, this shows it by state and in some cases the plant is found in some of one state and either not shown in that state at all or it highlights the whole state. Fix that and add a TON more plants.

Seems like a really good app but its annoying to have to go page by page by page. It takes a long time to find anything specific. Neeeeeds a search

This app is full of information however I strongly urge you to learn your plants before you go out alone and try to identify any wild plant

This app covers a lot of plants that we should know about. Especially, ones that are bad to even touch. Thank you.

Really? Doesnt even cover something as basic and common as a fern? this was a total rip off!! Do not buy!!!!!
