Awesome! Great info to know!
Awesome! Great info to know!
Nice start. I would like the plants to be sectioned off by region in the US. Maybe concentrate on the 10-15 most abundant edible plants in each region. Please stress the universal edible test. And hands on training with someone that knows what they are doing will help immensely and make ebooks like this more helpful.
Useless for IDing plants. Descriptions are long sentences, not organized by keys like leaf attachments. Pix are not close ups.
It gives a lot of good info and it works off line this is a great app to start out with it tells you info on more that just the plants it was well worth it they did a great job and I cant wait to see what they do in the updates
This is a good guide but I would like to see more plants from all parts of the world. Also would like to see tubular, seeds and fruits.
Terrific reference guide fir survival
Good photo detail, provides information on identifying the plant, where it grows, how it should be prepared, and any other uses
This is excellent! Makes it so easy to learn.
This is a great app if you want to live a little longer in the wilderness.
Lets you learn about what parts of the plant is edible where its located and how to indentify it
Awesome app, with the way things are going it just might save your life!
Must have for all who care to survive. Love the tap on pictures and tape for plants native to my area. Great to train kids with also.
I have several apps for identifying plants but this one is the best. The pictures are wonderful on the iPad. The map shows where the plant grows exactly. Most of the plants are easily identifiable.
I REALLY like this app....but what would make it even better would be if you could search by location. Ie: New England etc.
Thought I was wasting two bucks and confirmed I wasted two bucks. Deleted
A preppers dream. Even if some of the plants listed dont grow, or - most likely - would not be available in North America.
Lots of great information. Wish it covered all the plants. Unfortunately they left out mushrooms, and the best way to purge a stomach from poisons is to drink powered charcoal ash if none is available make a fire and use the ash mixed wit water and you will almost immediately purge the stomach. Drinking salt water can be very dangerous.
This would be better if you could search and see all edible and non edible plants in a given state or area. Also more photos of each plant in different seasons.
Spectacular!
Unbelievably limited application. So few plants and so many ubiquitous edibles completely absent from this app. I will continue to carry a field guide instead of using an app I guess
